S-L-O-W but Sure


I attended my weight watchers meeting tonight (Thursday night) , and I lost 1.4 pounds this week. I get so disappointed because I lose such small increments. I mean geez. But, I have lost somthing every single week, so I do have that to feel ok (not great, but ok) about. I have stuck with my exercise plan of at least 5 days a week, and I have pretty much done some sort of exercise at least 6 days a week, and sometimes 7. So, I need to be proud of myself for that.

But....
I just wish I was already there. Already thin? Already in shape? Already wonderful? Yes, I wish I were already there.

Loss is loss. You should be celebrating--not beating yourself up! Slow and steady always wins the race!
