On Fathers' Day we intended to go to the movies .. but time got away from us and we were unable to. So Tuesday night we went. The movie intended was "Green Lantern" (hubby's choice for Father's Day). When we got there he decided we'd see the new XMen movie. Neither movie would have been a choice for me, I'm not really into SciFi. But, being a good sport, I went with the boys. It was a pretty good movie. However, it was way into the movie and the boys (Brooklyn and Grandpa) would make a comment or two about how this or that happened...and I finally said, "so, what, is this movie BEFORE the other Xmen movies?" Yep. No biggie, except I haven't watched the other 2. I guess since they went back and made the beginning third, I can watch the other 2 someday (maybe) and follow along now. Hmm.I'm more into the sappy love stories.

Why do they do that? Make the first one afterwards, like star wars. I can't follow...I am sure the popcorn was good though! :)
