Today is my dad's birthday! I wish I were there with him having a wonderful cake...perhaps chocolate...or maybe something exotic like Baked Alaska. (I remember we actually made that once!) Certainly, we would not have Angel Food, as he has a habit of squishing it down when he cuts it... Ha!
