John and Jay said they needed to go to Home Depot. I said, just drop me off at Walmart. But, noooooooooooooooo. They said come with us, we're just running in to get some fence and be done. (They jointly own some property and have been buying fencin

Wrong thing to do...it rang up at 89.00 per roll. So, I say, that price is wrong. After the checker (whom I believe was about 12 years old) fiddled around on the computer a while, he finally called someone up to help. Being a Type A personality, I went to look at the fencing again to verify the price. When I returned from my price check, here is the gal arguing that it is 89.00 per roll. I said, no, I just looked ...the 6 feet by 50 feet rolls are 77.58. She says, no that is the 50 inch rolls???? and ours is 72 inches. She kept measuring ours to tell us that it was 72 inches, not 6 feet. Needless to see, I was about to blow a gasket. I finally said " 72 INCHES IS 6 FEET!" Gees, I bit my tongue from saying anything worse. A manager finally arrived as well, listened to the whole thing, watched the gal measure the rolls for the fifth time to show us they were 72 inches tall.
To finally end this story, which in reality, is no where nearly as long and painful as our Home Depot experience, we got the 72 inch by 50 feet rolls for 77.58 each.
I have no clue if she'll ever figure out the 72 inches really is 6 feet?????
Why do we continued to go there? Either we are the stupid ones, or we like having something to complain about, or merely because it is the only store around like that for us to go to within driving distance at this time.
Believe me, the three hour trip to Cheyenne or Rapid City is not that bad in comparison.
